About Me

Phone: (203) 558-7741

I am a baccalaureate alumni of the University of Phoenix specializing in Health care Administration.  I hold a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M) and I am a certified group exercise specialist.  I love my job helping people at Bally Total Fitness in Middlebury, CT.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and would love to welcome you into the fantastic world of health and fitness.  Personal Training is not just for the elite and wealthy any longer.  As people become less active and less motivated, many individuals find the need for someone to help them through their workout programs.  I am competent, understanding, and empathetic to all people who are seeking my services.  I have struggled with weight issues in the past, too.  I was able to overcome those issues, and decided to change my career path at age 31.  I left a suitable position with a large health care organization in Connecticut, and decided that my motivating attitude and positive results would be more suited to helping others.

I also work as a group exercise instructor.  I teach Reaction-Cycling and Boot Camp at Bally Total Fitness.  In addition to my busy professional life, I donate my time by supporting United Way of Greater Waterbury.  I also mentor a child from the foundation in2books.com.  In2Books.com is a non-profit organization that helps children discuss books with adults from a different backgrounds and points-of-view throughout the school year.

I am looking forward to meeting you.  Please feel free to contact me, either at the gym, by e-mail at mark@personaltrainerwaterbury.com, or by submitting your contact information on the "contact me" page.
